Industry specific skill development is the need of the hour but there are very few Industry initiatives in this sphere. To fill this ever burgeoning gap, I am proud to say, my company Fusion Outsourcing Software Pvt Ltd has taken the lead and signed an MoU with Aravali Institute of Technical Studies to train their students and make them Industry and Employment ready. Special thanks to Dr.Ashok Jain, Mr.Amit Agrawal and Mr. L.N Khaitan to have supported us in this initiative to make Udaipur a hub of I.T Industry with ample supply of skilled manpower. As always Madhu has been a pillar of strength along with my dream team - Kuldeep Mathur, Kuldeep Bhatnagar, Abhishek Nagda, Chandra Yadav and the entire Fusion Family. My brothers Edward Dalton and Jehan Noon have always backed us up in such initiatives. Though they were not here physically but in spirit they surely were!! Great to wake up to this initiative getting ample news coverage by both Rajasthan Patrika and Dainik Bhaskar. Makes me humble and always so proud.
