The Dr gave me pain meds and really strong antibiotics but didnt lance it (cut it open to drain it). I have decided to do this myself. I have been studying the correct way to do it all morning and it seems easy enough. I have also done this before with a different infection 8ish years ago. This is my last option other than ending my hike to go home and have oral surgery. When I had this surgery done on the other side the recovery time was over 2 weeks.
