The Job description includes: • Design and development of the components for a large scale J2EE web application as well as J2SE applications • Experience of developing J2EE web applications • Work closely with business analysis team and understand the requirements to develop web application(s) • Use best practices to develop well-structured code • Perform unit testing and write test cases to ensure requirements are satisfied • Experience in designing and implementing high performing web applications 2)Principal Software EngineerC++ Candidate must have 3 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field. He will be responsible for providing full software development lifecycle expertise and leadership to the software development team. He will be responsible for implementing both new designs and complex changes to existing designs, using personal development skills as well as leading and mentoring others. PSE will work with developers, testers, quality assurance and implementations personnel to design, develop, test, debug, and launch high quality applications, frameworks and solutions in multi-year enterprise application integration projects. PSE high-level mission will be to produce high quality technical solutions in fulfillment of the companys business objectives. Salary range is 100K to 120K. The Job description includes: • Work together with Senior & Junior Software developers to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines. • Development of Broker back office system, other related utilities & interfaces or the project assigned. • Track and report the status of projects on teams, and ensuring that project scope is adequately defined. • Maintenance of Source code of CSD system or other assigned. • Demonstrate leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of software enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules. • Demonstrate a software plan that meets the future needs of our clients on technical challenges of industry demands. • Serve as the technical lead in all client meetings which have implemented InfoTech products. • Evolve the existing software system applications and architecture in various areas as needed. • Developing & Helping developers resolve problems both technical as well as human resources issues, tracking and approving vacation and personal days for employees within the assigned team and monitoring individual employees’ performance and relaying this to project manager. • Compiling user requirements and developing SRS documents & all technical documentation of software developed. • Performing Unit and Integration Testing and facilitating Users/Customers in the performance of User Acceptance Testing • Providing tier-2 customer support for application deployed at customers’ site and conducting User Trainings on InfoTech applications. • Other duties may be assigned as per business needs. 3) Technical Writer Candidate must have at least 2 years hands on pre-qualification experience in technical writing with high proficiency in content writing, user manual, requirement & functional specification and other SDLC related technical documents as per established standards for accuracy, quality, presentation, grammar and composition. The candidate should have profound knowledge of information architecture, information design and information mapping techniques. Salary range is 55K to 60K.
