Morning EveryOne, Here is the Information of the Booth Set Up for the State Fair ~ Wednesday September 18th 2013 First Group Arrival ~ Active Duty & Large DisPlays 6:30AM Second Group Arrival ~ Smaller Unit Displays 7:30AM Displays ~ MUST BE SET UP BT 8:45AM! Westside of the Avenue of Southside if the Heritage Display must stay until exit time ~ 3PM NO EXCEPITIONS Please begin tear down at 2:30PM to be prepared to exit at 3PM Parking ~ Additional Parking available at Gate 8 ~ Louisiana & Lomas or Gate 1 ~ Central ~ Free Parking the Year! Tables/Chairs ~ Bring Your Own ~ Cannot use NMSF Picnic Tables Canopies ~ If you use a PopUp it must be Flame retardant with a tag ~ Must be safely set & secure Display Vehicle ~ is a convenient way of hanging Banners & hauling items on & off the Fairgrounds ~ Staff & Display Vehicles who are arriving for setup DO NOT Need Parking or Admissions Passes Safety ~ Especially in early mornings ~ Please be aware if Delivery Trucks & Pedestrians & LiveStock Note ~ Please Do Not Sell AnyThing!
