Ingela&Richard and their team are doing great! We are now just missing one person. And of course we are waiting to see our Brasilian sons. We have purchased a small farm and are in the process of fixing it up. It has two small and very simple houses on it that need a lot of repairs. The farm is near Anapolis, Brazil. If you are good at building and you would love to come and volunteer your time and help us get the place ready, we would love to have you! We dont have internet there, but can receive emails every time we go to town. To give you some insight on what a hard core mission trip looks like: We got the keys to our farm the night before our team arrived. We managed to buy mattresses for everyone just in time and we were able to clean two of the rooms in the main house up, so we could put the mattresses on the floor. We are still missing a cooker, fridge, beds, mosquito nets, shower and a toilet that works. Everyone is having a great time and we are able to use the shower of the caretaker. His toilet however is broken. But, he does have a cooker and when he isnt a sleep and the house is open, we can cook! So, its all good, just a little different from the Western World, but we are having a great time. A man offered to lend us his car, so we could pick up our team at the airport, so it is all working out great. I love these kinds of adventures. We are totally depending on Jesus for everything and miracles are following us! God is good all the time and altogether super awesome! So, these are the very beginnings of a new Horses for Orphans project in Brazil. Have a great week and thanks for praying for us!
