Spring Roll Wrapper Ingredients 300g all purpose flour 250g water 1/2 teaspoon salt Direction Combine all ingredients in a bowl except water, and mix (dry) Start adding water bit-by-bit and mix simultaneously until it turns to batter Set aside for about an hour Place a non-sticky pan on low heat Add 1 tablespoon batter into the pan Immediately, start spreading the batter with your fingers over the pan to form circular shape about 5 to 6 inches in diameter, while batter cooks a bit. Dip spring roll wrappers in hot water for about 15 seconds to absorb water a bit, then place on a board or a flat surface At the center of wrapper, put 2 tablespoons spring roll filling Fold wrapper over the filling (bottom up) while you gently press down. Make folds from the right and left of wrapper, leaving the top opened Start rolling up to form a tight cylindrical shape Use the cornstarch or whipped egg to rub top edge and seal. You can also use water in place of cornstarch and egg. In a skillet, add vegetable oil, then allow to heat. Fry spring rolls till golden brown
