Injury Update The return of the likes of Lebohang Mokoena and Khama Billiat to full action might have given some hope to the Mamelodi Sundowns technical team but unfortunately some members of the squad have been added to the injury list. Captain Alje Schut has been sidelined after a freak accident that left him with twelve stitches on his leg. On the other hand another central defender Thabo Nthethe will be hoping to fully recover in time for the weekend’s league match against Bidvest Wits. Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Lindokuhle Mbatha both sustained knee ligament injuries and the pair is closely being monitored by the medical team. Siyanda Zwane is recovering from a calf strain and is highly doubtful for the next match. Bonginkosi Ntuli, Percy Tau and Rheece Evans who were unfortunate to sustain injuries from the Multichoice Diski Challenge over the weekend also joined the list.
