Inna lillah wa Inna ilaihi Rajioon: I have lost the only senior most father left for me. I am deeply in sorrow. My only most beloved senior father, the younger to my dad: Mallam Suraj Daara, the Chief Imam of Aboabo and the Chairman of Council of Ulama (scholars) of Ashanti Region. I have never been sorrowful, tearful and saddened like today since February 28, 2005 when his older brother Imam Muhammed Bawa passed. The strongest pillar in my family has fallen. My own personal pillar has fallen. Aboabo pillar has fallen. And an Ashanti pillar has fallen. Oh Allah, grant my dad unconditional forgiveness. Grant my dad peace. Grant my dad the highest heavens: Jannatul Firdaus. Ya Allah, Ya Allah, Ya Allah accept my dad and let his abode be closest to the Holy Prophet. Oh Allah, give us the patience and endurance in patience in this sorrow and pain. Oh Allah, replace him for us. Ya Allah, accept this prayer, for, You are the Gracious and Merciful. Ameen.
