Inner Light Ministries Celebrates their 19th Anniversary with Bishop Rainey Cheeks! 1225 R St. NW Washington DC. Our theme embodies our movement into the next phase of our blessings “We can do it Now!” (Numbers 13:30). This captivates our thoughts and leads us to a place where we can look back on our journey to this present place and realize it was faith that brought us, and our faith that will see us through. Our Anniversary celebration begins on Sunday July 7th with an awesome word from Bishop Myles Spires of The Fellowship Revival Church. Then on Wednesday July 11th, join us for our mid week praise and worship service. We are so pleased and blessed to have as our anniversary speaker the Reverend Anthony Moore of Carolina Baptist Church who will deliver the message for our official Anniversary service. This service will be held on Saturday July 14th at 11 am at 1225 R Street N.W. W.D.C. The highlight of our celebration will be a celebration banquet honoring Bishop’s thirty years in ministry. It will be held Saturday July 14, 2012 at 6:00pm at 1027 45th Street NE Washington DC 20019. We will enjoy reflections from Pastor Willie Wilson of Union Temple of Washington DC., several community tributes as well as the vocal sensations of the award winning Ms. Miche Braden and other celebrants. As part of our tradition, we will be recognizing and honoring community organizations as well as individuals who continue to do good work in our community. Then on Sunday July 15th Rev. Dr. Christine Wiley of Covenant Baptist Church will close us out with an anointed word.
