Innovators... Word of advise! Theres no manual or guidebook to ensuring the successful implementation of your business idea. However, here are a few tips to help. 1) Never blur the line between professionalism and friendship with clients, often times youll lose out! 2) A promise to pay is just that - a promise. Limit your credit transactions to what you can afford to lose. 3) Any profit made in the first 3 years belongs to the business, Its NOT yours! 4) Stay away from toxic people!!!! (Pessimists, doubters, what-iffers, wide smilers, wagonist, opportunists) They will kill your dream! 5) Just do it! If youre going to fail, fail early and responsibly! Some of the greatest ideas failed many times before they became legendary. 6) Be honest, fair & compassionate but firm, confident and consistent! People respect this! 7) Value your work! Dont be satisfied with just compliments. Compliments cannot pay your bills! 8) Invest in good branding! It can make the difference in winning that contract! 9) Dont say yes to a job if it comes with a stressful client or situation. Its never worth it!
