I didnt know what was going on with me.. I hated this side of me, the dating side of me.. I was missing myself, the old Lola who let no guy sweet talk her.. I didnt know what happened to her and why I let that happen.. I sat on the couch and just cried.. It felt good, it really did.. I called Pam and asked her to meet me up at the shop.. I changed, locked up and hit the road.. I found her waiting for me, we got some ice cream and sat on the rocks nearby.. Pam- So.. When is Tlotlo coming back.? Lola- I dont know.. Maybe a day after my confirmation.. Pam- That sucks.. Lola- Yeah.. And you, is your boyfriend going to your ceremony.? Pam- Im single, I decided to quit dating.. Im tired of being hurt, Lola.. I tried to remember why Thati was my bestfriend and Pam wasnt.. Pam was perfect, amazing and I loved her.. We sat there and talked until it got very late.. We went our separate ways after a long hug and a baby kiss.:). When I got home, I called my dad and asked him to bring some take aways.. He agreed and came with them, we had supper and watched a few movies.. We chilled until late and went to bed.. A few days passed and it was now Sunday, a week before my confirmation.. We went to church and went back home for lunch.. We didnt have any class since we wrote our test.. They just told us what is expected of us the next Sunday and that was it.. After lunch, my dad went to a business meeting.. I called Pam over and we chilled together, had some cake and juice.. It was really nice.. Pam- I still cant believe you kissed Mpho.. Lola- Yeah, me too.. Pam- It happened, get over it and move on.. I was about to say something when someone knocked on the door.. I got up and went to open.. I found Tlotlo standing at the door.. Lola- Oh.. Is the two weeks over.? Tlotlo- I said a week or two.. Lola- Ok.. So, what can I do for you.? Tlotlo- Your my girlfriend.. How could you even ask me that.?
