Inspired by...The Light. I woke up this morning with the urge to wake up and enjoy the silence. I invite you to join me. For all that choose to do so I offer this....a lil distance IET™ Healing Simply focus on the flame and place your hand over your heart ( or anyplace you can easily feel its beat, wrist, base of throat etc.) Now take a deep breath. To your heart, quietly say: I honor you, my sacred heart. I bless you, my sacred heart. Without you I would not be here. And now, I am here for you. I am listening. One more time--- take a deep breath. Finally close your eyes and focus on feeling your heart beat. Can you hear it? When you feel ready, open your eyes slowly and smile. You have just had a direct experience with your spirit--Your Inner Muse. Like any relationship, it too, takes time to get to truly know one another. But this is the perfect place to start to come home to yourself--Your Sacred Heart. I honor all that is sacred within you (which is a fancy-pants way of saying good morning.) please share
