Instead of username/password they should require you to answer 10 competency questions before using the internet. Flatmate from UK think he can stream movies like he was home. When i told him in this country thats like turning on the hot tap when we are in the shower, and if he wants to watch a movie, download it without the QoS eating everything for hours. Yet Im seen as some weird anti-fun nazi. I get it, when you see ads or tv shows of people using their computers they are in the states (12th) or the UK (16th) where they are in the top 15 for internet speeds and infrastructure. In NZ (as of march 2014) we are ranked 42nd. So, if your interrupting my studies, please dont be surprised when I get a wee bit irate when I cant access my notes/lectures for 2 and a half hours cause you want to find out if Tom Hanks can catch Leonardo Di Caprio.
