Interested in starting CrossFit? Next Tuesday(June 3rd), we start our next Fundamentals Course for new Beginners. Sessions will look the same as regular CrossFit classes, but with an extra emphasis on learning good form and movement technique. The sessions runs every Tues(6:30pm), Thurs(6:30pm) & Sat(11am) for four weeks. Please send us a message if you are interested, or if you would just like further information. To clear up two major misconceptions about CrossFit. 1. CrossFit is not just for fit people. We have people of ALL fitness levels and backgrounds training with us and we promise you will be well looked after. We believe strongly in meeting people where they are at, and taking it from there. 2. Because this is called a beginners course, people who have lifted weights in gyms for years can be easily put off. However, we find that everybody who comes through the course(including fitness instructors, pro fighters, triathletes & personal trainers) come out the other end having learned a lot and feeling like it was very worthwhile. You will learn how to climbing ropes, olympic lift & build a solid fitness base. If you have worked out in regular gyms for years, we promise this will change the way you train forever.
