Interesting sight in Tyrone yesterday....A bronze-ish PU truck with driver on cell phone and dog in his lap hanging out the window and the guy is trying to make a left hand turn and can hardly keep phone, dog and steering wheel under control. Now I will venture out on a limb here, but if I have to keep the grandkids belted into their car seats for their protection and to assist in keeping the driving from being distracted, why is the dog allowed to take up the drivers attention? Sorry dog lovers, but you gotta think about what is going on here.
