Interesting time in the real estate market Lot of Investors Historic low interest rates Rent are strong and probably peaking relative to wage grow First home buyers wanting to enter because rents are strong but fighting with investors in lower prices Supply is tightening as Australians are staying in their homes 9.3 years on average as opposed to 6.3 years 10 years ago It sounds contradictory but looks like a stable (not boom) in medium term market due to the mixed signals making home owners (not investors) more cautious.
