Interestingly enough the night before my new son enters the world tomorrow, I sit here and assess our lives since we started this marriage 10 years ago and all I can think is extreme gratitude. Our kids love Jesus deeply and talk about Him in everything the do. Flaviane and I still laugh together like we did on our first date. McDonalds has been replaced by the beginnings of a business empire. Leaders are growing around me and growing leaders around them. The Maryland/DC Region with its rockstar OPs/TLs/MCAs/&ALCs are breaking every record it has ever had, is now ranking nationally in multiple categories, and has a lot of talented people wanting to open new franchises. Lori Hopkins and Krista Vanderford have changed the game and are the epitome of great regional leadership. Five Doors, thanks to two full days with Gary Keller and Charlotte Savoys implementation leadership, is now growing and succeeding at very impressive levels. Cant believe the first week numbers in our newest expansion location I heard today - wow. Keller Williams Legacy is set to launch with energy, profit, excitement, awesome focused leadership, and a powerful mission. Its the beginning of a KW franchise family with the brilliant Shari Lineberger Harris. I actually have hardcore talent waiting to find roles in the empire with me - thats super massive for those of you who know the talent hunt! Investing arm ready to start backed by some wisdom filled wealthy folks. KWRI leadership is investing time, love, and energy with me to mold me to even higher levels of my leadership lid. My leader, Mike Brodie, continues to open up massive doors of opportunity for me that are insanely big. Our God is a great God and turns all things for His glory. Should He not provide another thing, I will remain overwhelmed with gratitude.
