International Human Rights Organization should come forward and compel the Govt. of India and State Govt. “AHSAN UNTOO” Today on 30th August, 2013 Chairman IFJHRFJK Mohammad Ahsan Untoo issued a press statement. From the dawn of the civilization man had always cared about the love once the civilization had always made certain setup which could bring continuously well being of human race. The human aspect of civilization had set certain custom and procedures which paved way for the formation of laws which in one way or other directly or indirectly are concerned with the basic rights of human race. That the history revealed that whenever any nation fight for the cause of their libration oppressed forces used the tactic to silent the voices of the freedom loving person and one of the tool used by the oppressive forces is the forced disappearance. That when the armed resistance started in the early 90’s in the State of Jammu and Kashmir Indian Agencies used the tool of forced disappearance against the general masses. That one of the Human Rights group of Kashmir has filed petition in the State Human Rights Commission regarding disappeared persons and the team was constituted headed by SP-SHRC where the said team in his report has held that there are 2900/- unmarked graves only in South Kashmir and there after the SHRC has recommended for the examination of the bodies and D.N.A tests be conducted, but unfortunate part is that till date no examination or D.N.A tests have been conducted. That the Hon’ble Chief Minister of the state has asked the aggrieved person to identify the graves of their loved one seems to be a big joke, as the person who knew the graves of their loved once, why should he file petition regarding disappeared persons. Now it is right time that International Human Rights Organization should come forward and compel the Govt. of India and State Govt. to adhere the recommendation passed by State Human Rights Commission regarding disappeared persons.
