International relations experts now warn that the victory scored by the UN intervention brigade in Congo could fast track the collapse of the east African integration process as it leaves Uganda and Rwanda in an awkward situation. Though the surrender of the M23 rebel outfit credits the shift in approach by the United Nations, the continuous stay of Col. Sultan Makenga and his troops in Uganda, experts warn could cause diplomatic havoc between Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
