Introducing our new drum teacher Guy Licata! Drum lesson now available! Guy Licata has been an in demand touring and session drummer based out of NYC for over a decade. He has worked with Shakira (Sony), Santigold (Atlantic), Lee Scratch Perry, John Zorn (Tzadik), Hercules and Love Affair (EMI/DFA), Chk Chk Chk (Warp), Prefuse 73 (Warp), Cold Cave (Matador), Classixx (Innovative Leisure), RAC (Cherry Tree), Sam Sparro (EMI/VIRGIN) and countless others. His session work has led him to work with Production greats Bill Laswell, James Murphy, Tim Goldsworthy, John Hill and Chris Coady. Guy has performed across the globe at every major music festival, and is also an endorser for Sonor Drums, Paiste Cymbals and Vic Firth Drumsticks. A former alumni and faculty member of the Drummers Collective in NYC, Guy focuses on all levels of drumming, coordination, technique, musicality...and fun.
