The UN Day Address will be delivered by Senator the Hon Bob Carr, former Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade. Senator Carr will reflect on the evolving role of the UN from the perspective of his time as Foreign Minister, including Australia’s time as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council.
