Invitation to attend Retired Police Day at Rose Bay Local Area Command Following the success of last year’s inaugural Retired Police Day, Rose Bay Local Area Command will host a similar event on 12 September 2013. Retired Police Day honours the contribution, sacrifice and ongoing legacy of retired NSW police officers. It will be held in September every year. Rose Bay Local Area Command is inviting all retired officers within Rose Bay Local Area Command to attend a special event at Rose Bay Police Station. Retired Police Day will not only recognise the work of former police, it will provide an opportunity for yesterday’s officers to meet and mix with today’s. When? 12 September 2013 at 11am Where? Rose Bay Police Station 1 Wunulla Road, Point Piper Who? All retired NSW police officers living within the Rose Bay Local Area Command or former Rose Bay staff are invited to attend. To confirm their attendance, retired police are asked to RSVP by calling Rose Bay Duty Officers on 9362 6399 before 5pm on 6 September 2013. When confirming their attendance, retired police officers will be asked to provide their name, their partner’s name, their former rank and command, and their preferred contact details.
