#IrishWater Keith Tallon I copied this from a comment on one of your posts and I think everyone should know about it and all the various Facebook pages should post it. It was a comment on the video where the woman was removed by Gardai. They actually cant ask her to move though, you see once inside the barrier/general work area and obstructing the workers it becomes a civil matter, so police intervention isnt allowed. Granted they can observe, but they cant tell her to move. Any harm caused is civil, not criminal, and police dont have the right OR power to get involved in any civil issues, also because the workplace is considered temporary they cant call the police for trespassing, the only way that a protester can be removed from the way of the workers is with a court order gotten by Irish Water themselves, and those work on an individual basis so theyd not even bother trying to get any xD
