Is GMO technology safe? This question is debated among the public but there is scientific consensus that this technology is safe. Dr. Alison Van Eenennaam is a Cooperative Extension specialist in animal genomics and biotechnology at the University of California, Davis and will give the lecture, GMO technology: What do the facts say? on Nov. 13 at 2 PM. This event is free and open to the public and will take place at Emerson Alumni Hall.
