Is Sears Doomed? Great question posed in this article. Have you been in a Sears or KMart Lately? I dont feel like its too late for this iconic brand however they may be in the 4th Quarter...maybe even in the 2 minute warning. Ive had my own troubles with the customer service at Sears, so Im sure others have as well. Renovation, customer service, digital enhancement...all things Sears needs to embrace right now.
