Is black history month finally here? This is pure speculation, but following the recent repatriation of the fugitive Michael Misick from prison in Brazil via the United States for an indeterminate amount of time, we are wondering if United States Law Enforcement Authorities are finally about to move following years of investigations into the illegal activities of various citizens of the Turks and Caicos Islands, Cayman Islands, Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands.
