Is brain drain an issue in Bhutan? Can the govt provide how many professionals v lost in last few yrs from the system, who choose to resign n migrate to 3rd countries for better life n income? My personal opinion is it is an issue in every UDC whr salary is nominal. From wat I heard n seen our professionals r migrating as they offered better salary n better life. Possible reasons why various professionals leave the system... 1. Most important deciding factor is the salary n income. 2. Lack of motivation due to restrictive rule n regulations of bcsr. 3. Perks n numerations, for instance sb in EX3 gets a duty vehicle n other previlages but a professional who is in ES3 gets no such facilities. I am sure der r others too. Please add on........
