Is it me, or did the writers of Star Trek: The next Generation, - TopicsExpress

Is it me, or did the writers of Star Trek: The next Generation, put the path of Man Kind (Depicted through Various Races, each having distinct abilities and qualities. Not to mention ideas of what the perfect Life is, and different methods of domination. Cruising through space, saving the universe with moral decisions and imposing wills........) into a television series? I mean, with all the waring that the different races have with each other, why is it that the USS Enterprise is the only ship in the show with all the other races (that arent humans a.k.a. the Federation) on board (think on that). I dont recall seeing any Arcadians on a Klingon ship. Or any Q on a Vulcan vessel....... outside of the USS Enterprise each race stayed to themselves(think on that)............... However. the USS Enterprise had at some point. at least 1 member of every race introduced to the show on board working as part of the crew. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 1! The Borg.......... The biggest threat to the Enterprise/humanity, and all other races! The Borg have 0 individuality, only collective consciousness. A single mind for all of its race. The sole mission for the Borg was, to assimilate all life forms they encountered to fuel the central brain with energy for technology...... The famous quote from the Borg, resistance is futile doesnt seem too far off track from what Im seeing in life now...... (think on that) #theborgcometh #ithinktoomuch
