Is not a happy bunny. Took my phone to the 3 store yesterday with a memory issue (the phone memory, not mine!) & the guy who helped (?) me dropped the damn thing on the floor! There was no visible problems however, when I put my phone on charge today the battery drained rather than charged!! Took my phone back to the store & the guy instantly said it was nothing to do with & Id have to prove hed damaged it!! How the hell can I do that? what a moron! Complaint already raised. Hate all this hassle :-(
