Is there someone you can call to report your apartments..ive been calling about my refrigerator since friday reported it as an emergency maintenance because everything is defrosting and the milk is getting hot and my daughter is on regular milk..this is the third time our refrigerator has stopped working..the operator told me that someone will be out first thing in the morning..i called all day today and no one has came and the lady in the office said that all she can do is call the manager and tell her and its up to the manager to send maintenance..this is a human threat and considered an emergency.
