Is this OCD? I can feel dirt and bacteria on my hands even if they look visibly clean and it drives me so crazy that I try to rub it off on my binder. My mind is incredibly hyperactive all the time and its hard for me to just shut it off. Imagine a computer with a thousand tabs all constantly open and going all the time. At night because of my hyperactive mind I overthink everything and severely depress myself. Thanks to my girlfriend I go to sleep happy and wake up happy. Anxiety. This is mostly from bullying but I always felt like I wasnt worth it and I was extremely shy. Id start shaking if I had to talk in front of the class or talk to a girl. Last year I stopped giving a shit about what other people thought and now Im capable of acting socially acceptable some of the time. Also if anything on or around my computer is changed I freak out. My computer has everything on it the way I like it and I will flip shit if its touched.
