Is this a religious thing? Do they also refuse to pay for vasectomies & tubal ligation???? If they are trying to promote a religious view, they would be better off promoting their beliefs with sound principal to back them up than they ever will by prohibiting people from receiving health benefits that they can get from 99% of other employers. Not only are they hurting their relationship with their employees they are inciting their customer base to not support them or their business.
