Is this how seriously the regulator ORIC takes things? Get the Corporation to investigate itself and then review that investigation . 24th September 2014 I am writing to provide an update on your complaint, received by the Registrar on 5 August 2014. I apologise that ORIC has not been in regular contact. That was an oversight on my behalf. You may be aware that an independent review of the corporation by Senior Counsel, Mr Peter Quinlan SC and Mr Anthony Papmetheos was commenced in August 2014, in response to claims in the press about the corporation. This review was initiated by the directors of the corporation and information of its terms of reference are on the corporation’s website. ORIC will assess the findings of that review, when they become available. ORIC will provide you with a response to your complaint at that time. In the meantime, We will keep you updated on the progress of this issue.
