Isaiah 45:18-19 Revised Standard Version (RSV) 18 For thus says the Lord, who created the heavens (he is God!), who formed the earth and made it (he established it; he did not create it a chaos, he formed it to be inhabited!): “I am the Lord, and there is no other. 19 I did not speak in secret, in a land of darkness; I did not say to the offspring of Jacob, ‘Seek me in chaos.’ I the Lord speak the truth, I declare what is right. This is the verse that totally negates belief in Evolution for the Christian. God is a master Designer and all his works have purpose. He is not the Author of chaos in creation or in the purpose of our lives. And all creation is a witness to His glory. He desires us to know truth and what is right. If his designed creations are magnificent then how much more the Creator! Our hearts are meant to thrill with delight to see the intracacies of nature and give praise to our Creator. But even more amazing is He seeks relationship rather than mere adoration. Intimacy, to be fully known as only a Creator, Father, Lover can give. Evolution is a complete slap in the face to God and an empty bag of deception for the follower. As only the Enemy of our souls can give.
