Isaiah 8:19-20 And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. Our Triune God: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit is the God of the living! 1 Peter 1:23 says, “For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.” Matthew 22:31-32: “But about the resurrection of the dead—have you not read what God said to you, ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? He is not the God of the dead but of the living.” Counsel that relies upon any spirit other than the Holy Spirit will give you deceitful and false advice. 1 Cor. 7:23 says, “You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of human beings.” We are designed to seek the Lord…intricately woven together to worship Him alone!
