Island movie (2005) Ewan McGregor along with Scarlett Johansson go on the run after he discovers they are actually harvestable beings kept as a source of replacement parts in a Utopian facility. Inhabitants are clones who are used for organ harvesting and surrogate motherhood for wealthy people in the outside world. They are cloned from the recipients DNA.
