It is forecast to move west northwest at 26 kph. Forecast: Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Central Luzon and the provinces of Pangasinan, Marinduque, Mindoro and Lubang Island will have stormy weather while Bicol Region, the provinces of La Union, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya, Benguet, Romblon, and the islands of Coron and Calamian Group will experience rains with gusty winds and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Palawan, Western and Central Visayas and Zamboanga Peninsula will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of Visayas and of Mindanao will be partly cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to south will prevail over Southern Luzon and Visayas and coming from the southeast over the rest of Luzon with moderate to rough seas.
