The Central Pacific Hurricane Center in Honolulu Hawaii is issuing advisories on tropical storm Henriette, located 440 miles southeast of South Point Hawaii, under AWIPS header TCPCP3 and WMO header WTPA33 PHFO. 2. A trough of low pressure located about 1300 miles east-southeast of the Big Island of Hawaii is producing limited shower activity. Development, if any, of this system is expected to be slow to occur during the next few days while it moves westward at around 10 mph. There is a low chance, near 10 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours. Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through Monday afternoon
