Ist week back in Australia after go finish in Vanuatu. Spent first two nights at The Point in Brisbane, special thanks to Dinah-Louise Marrs. Loved dinner and drinks at the very funky Story Bridge Hotel. Collected our stored gear and somehow Mark managed to pack our car with 300 plus kilos of luggage. We spent a few days with my Dad & Evonne, very special time together as my Dad is now 83 years old and is vwry happy to have me back on Australian soil so we can apend more time together. Lovely to spend Sunday with two of my besties Kate Teasey and Beverely Toon. Caught up with Rachel on the Gold Coast who is happy and healthy and looks great. We managed to consume 5 bottles of champagne over the course of the day, the first major drink Ive had since we got back....thank god Mark was the designated driver..... Have several appointments with real estae agents tomorrow re finding the right apartment for us. We have booked into the Mykonos Resort Apartments in Maroochydore for a week while we attend to finding permanent arrangements. Not missing work all.......
