It appears another tropical depression is building up in the seas in the east that might gather strenght and develop into a typhoon. God forbid since if it does and enters our PAR it might go into the direction of Mindanao or eastern Visayas again. Let us pray collectively that this weather aberration dissipates and spare our country still reeling from the strongest typhoon to hit land in recent history! Lord, please!
