It doesnt matter what label may be applied to an official that is set over a department of the Federal Government. Such leaders are only to be put in place with the required approval of a vote from the U.S. Senate. It seems that because a name, Czar, is used that something is okay! This is not the case! Please read the following Constitutional provision regarding the appointment of any Federal officials, which applies and cannot be trumped by any law or practice that violates it, including whether or not officials may be called Czars, or Clowns, or whatever!: The Constitution reads as follows: Art. II, Sect. 2: . . .He [the President] . . shall nominate. . . by and with the Advice and CONSENT of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and ALL OTHER OFFICERS of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for. . .but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments. *** NOTE; If the President is to have power to appoint ANY public officials, this has to be something Congress specifically designates that he may do--when we are considering inferior type of positions. As it is the Czar Obama has illegally appointed is the equal of any Cabinet position. Just calling one a Czar changes nothing as to whether or not the Constitution is being violated! Congress has not been consulted! Congress has not taken a vote! Obamas action is illegal and needs to be ignored--not obeyed, not funded, etc.! Obamas appointment should be labeled as null and void, until and unless any such time as Congress sees fit to approve it! Congress should appoint their own committee or what they may think is needful! We need to halt the Obama dictatorship!
