It doesnt mean that the President declared war over the Supreme Courts decision regarding the constitutionality of DAP. It just so happened that other senators/congressmen and political actors are dramatizing the issue. Of course, if I were the President, I will really insist and appeal to the highest court for the sake of the ongoing projects and for those people who will be affected by the decision. Compared to PDAF, it is more acceptable for me that the president will have the control over the budget for project implementation rather than those legislators. Basically, these legislators have separate and different constitutional mandate -- to make law, not to execute the law. I hope the supreme court will also consider the importance of DAP. I am not saying that I am proDAP nor antiDAP. As long as it has a great impact on the countrys development then lets move forward and go for the gold...! #justsayin #DAP
