It has been a brutal winter, but a hard winter can have positive effects. The acorn which split open under the bitter winds and snow of this past winter carries the promise of new life and fruit as it germinates and grows into a mighty oak. Likewise, Love INC will be showing signs of growth very soon. The Coal Region Love INC Nominating Board is finishing interviews for the Development Board in the next two weeks. We should have a Development Board in place to hit the ground running in late April at the latest. Your prayers are appreciated. We have some fine candidates and are asking the Lord for guidance in finding the right people in the right positions. The Development Board will be tasked with laying the groundwork and launching the ministry in the coming year. Speaking to churches and community groups, fundraising, finding office space, and preparing staff will all be on the agenda. We are very encouraged by what we are seeing and hearing about the potential impact Love INC can have in the coming years. We are dependent on the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to make the difference.
