It has been a few years since I have cruised the Baltic itinerary and one of the things I had forgotten is how bright it is at night. It’s now 10:40pm and it is still daylight outside. It has been a full on day for me. I just pooped back here to post this and answer a few questions and then will go and have a walk around the ship and watch the late night comedy show which as we are in Germany at 6am tomorrow I doubt there will be too many guests there. I have been shouted at for not showing the Stanley Cup ( more on that tomorrow) and had three guests miss the ship. At 11:30pm we will pass under the Øresundsbron bridge. This amazing 5 mile long bridge is a double-track railway and dual carriageway bridge-tunnel across the Øresund strait between Scania (southernmost Sweden) and Denmark. I will never cross that bridge myself because it connects to Scania………or hell as its sometimes called. Why is it hell? Simple………………….it’s where IKEA was first launched.
