It has been an interesting few weeks for Bulldogs Ice Hockey. In our game against the Hitmen, we came out fast with an early goal, they tied it and then got a 5 on 3 power play that we were able to kill off. At the 10:42 mark of the first we scored to take a 2-1 lead and as we lined up for the ensuing face-off, the power went out and the game was suspended. We played the Chaos and suffered a 6-2 loss in what was not a tight game. The game with the Hitmen was resumed on Thursday night and we were able to stay on top and earn a 6-4 win. Sunday night we went up against the Raiders and played a tight game pulling out a 2-1 win. Were now 7-10-1 on the season with 2 games left. Playoff berth is a longshot, but were playing good hockey and not giving in! Go Dogs!
