It has been put to me several times that the Creator made the sun and moon to govern the DAYS, NIGHTS, YEARS, SIGNS & SEASONS (Appointed Worship Times - Lev 23); but NOT the weeks and certainly not the seventh DAY Sabbath... This claim is based upon a misunderstanding that is spurned on by an erroneous belief in continuous weekly cycles which are nothing but an invention of man.
