It has been reported to police that over the past week, 10 bags of logs have been stolen from a small roadside shed in the Mount Rule area. These logs are left for sale and the buyer is trusted to put the payment in the honesty box which is located clearly inside the shed. The latest bag of logs was stolen today and the owner has CCTV footage of the person they believe to be responsible. If anyone knows the person that is responsible for taking the logs, or if you are in fact reading this, please return and pay the money owed as soon as possible. This matter will be investigated formally if the money is not forthcoming. It would be a shame to have lose such roadside honesty shops due to a small minority of people ruining it for others.
