It has probably happened to you not once, not twice... Career problems, family problems, death of loved ones, financial issues, breakups, etc. Sometimes you don’t understand why it happens because when it does, it throws you off balance, deep into the valleys of despair. You criticize, you condemn, you judge and perhaps cry out to a higher power to make things better or maybe you just stare into the cosmos, wondering what the meaning of life is and why things get tougher. I’ve been there. You have been there. Everyone has been there. Many times. And for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes in life, the things that happen along the way can be difficult and often, they can be extremely painful. Nevertheless, we MUST push through those moments where all seems lost because when we do, we can find a new US on the other side that is more beautiful and wiser than we ever imagined.
