It is Friday during lent and we are prepared with some entrees vegetarian style. Fettuccine Alfredo, Macaroni and Cheese, Cheese Tortellini and Baked Rigatoni. Linda S. will get some fish ready for lunch. The Pepperoni Pasta Salad looks good. Cantaloupe, Pineapple and Watermelon dishes. Puppy Chow, Snickers Cake and Coconut Cake are made. Brownie Goody Bars, Walnut Brownies and Frosted Shamrock Cookies. The Bar Cookies are M&M Chocolate Chip, Cherry, Apple and Chocolate Chip. The Mega Millions jackpot Friday evening is $353 million. I Think I detect a little spring in everyones step. Its nice to feel hopeful about the weather instead of hopeless. The tulips, daffodils and hyacinths are probably just as anxious for Spring to get here as we are.
