It is a Blessing to hear the success that my friend Nancy Freeman has already had less than two weeks on the Project 10 Challenge. Ms. Nancy came to Emile W. Nassar and I wanting to know more about Project 10 because she has been battling diabetes for many years and with its recent progression her Dr wanted to put her on 2 new medications. One week into the challenge- she has lost 6lbs and her blood sugar has stabilized. 🙌 I am so proud of you and Russel(who also lost 5lbs in the first week).
